I play: Enjolras (patria_ou_mort), Maladict (bad_addict) and Tatsumi (kagekachou)
Available on: If I'm playing, I'll be on IRC, where I'm usually nicked as Tatsumi. PMing is fine, no need to ask. I'm pinged by all of my characters' names, including "Tats." I'm also available on gchat/gmail (patria.ou.mort), AIM and Yahoo. (Ask me if you want the s/n for the last two.)
Timezone/Language: EST and English.
Goals: To get out there and play. I also want to post more. Because of the slowness of my internet, the solution that I've come up with is to try to coordinate doing joint posts with people. I'm currently brainstorming posts and whom to ask -- if you'd like to co-run a post with any of my characters, please let me know!
Betaing: I'm always up for beta-ing (canon-familiar or not) BUT because of RL things, it is likely that I'll be rather slow on the response. If you need feedback by a certain date, tell me that date and I'll have something for you by then. Otherwise, it might be a while before I get to it. Oh, RL.
AUs: ...who am I kidding, sure. I'm so easily enabled. -_-;;
How I Play: I mostly respond to posts and thread-jump. I try to respond to threads as quickly as possible... but you can usually tell that I'm tiring out as the response times get longer... and longer... until they just stop. I try to remember to tell people if I'm dropping, but my problem is that I usually think that I really am going to respond... it just keeps on taking longer... and longer... until it's effectively not responding. :/ If you're wondering about what the hell I'm doing, please feel free to ping me in IRC or poke me some other way.
Scheduling Issues: I'm generally not around for playing until around 10:30 PM EST. I'll usually be around until at least 1:30 AM EST, though I might tire out before then. If there's something going on, I can try to make arrangements to be on earlier. Dial-up and negotiating the phone line lolz.
Jumping: Please do! No need to ask. It actually makes my life a lot easier, because it saves me from having to browse posts on my slow connection in order to find people to jump myself. XD
Thread Dropping: This has been the story of my life lately. I tend not to be able to start playing until late at night, when I'm already tired, and then I only have so much time until my brainpower dips below the minimum level (which varies from character to character). Also, because of RL things, I can't always guarantee being able to play the next day, despite my requests to "pick up tomorrow." I do love trying to finish threads, though.
I'll also drop a thread if I think that the conversation is finished. Please let me know if this is not the case, and I'll be glad to continue!
Crack vs. emo: I love both. Tatsumi works best for the extremes of both, though the others have their moments.
Comfort Levels: If there's ever any issue with comfort levels, please contact me. For an immediate issue within a thread or something, just PM me or whatever.
All three of my characters can be assholes in their own ways -- Enjolras is cold and callous in general, Maladict is a dick with control issues and Tatsumi, while the most considerate of the three, is also the most capable of being cruel if something makes him lash out. I wouldn't be doing them justice if I shied away from those things, but I don't want to be an asshole to the other players. I tend to err on the side of caution, but if I ever push things too far, please please please let me know and I'll be happy to work on something that will make everyone happy.
Concrit: I usually make comments in the weekly concrit post and appreciate receiving feedback there.
