Medical Info: A shinigami, so dead and in possession of accelerated healing powers.
Physical Traits: Always wears eyeglasses. Has mad glasses-flashing skillz. Cuts a really nice figure in a brown business suit.
What's Okay to Mention: Anything. No, really. I’ll warn you that some things (an essay on these is in the works) might trigger angst, though.
Notes For the Psychics: As mentioned previously, he's a shinigami and, thus, dead. Someone going into his head would find... not much. A lot of figures and numbers and business-related things and other practicalities on the very surface. And then: darkness. Yay, shielfs. Deep inside is a lot of angst. How deep it is depends on what’s happened beforehand, etc.. Most of the time, though, everything emotional is pretty much out of reach, both consciously (via shielding) and unconciously (via being repressed).
Abilities: Tatsumi has the power to manipulate shadows. He can do very bad-ass things with shadows. Grab things, cut stuff up, teleport people, gather information. He also has some spirit sense – i.e. would be able to sense if something is supernatural in, er, nature. Other abilities include glasses-flashing, super-secretary-ing, penny pinching and mad cackling.
Shapeshift/bodyswap/etc.: Hit me up on IRC, AIM, MSN, or Yahoo or drop a comment here, and we can get a-plannin'.
Hugging/Kissing/Other: Tatsumi is extremely stand-off-ish. Not the type to invite friendly or intimate approach. This is really more because it wouldn't be proper than out of any great aversion to touching. That being said, please feel free to assault him with physical affection if it would be IC or whatever for you to do so. Just be prepared to deal with an unhappy (or, at the very least, somewhat shocked) shadowmaster afterward.
Exceptions to this include the YnM cast, particularly Tsuzuki-san. But he's sort of known them all for decades. I'm... not thinking that far into the future with this thing.
Fighting: No need to ask, but Tatsumi would be very difficult to defeat. His shadows seem to be pretty impenetrable -– they’re effective against literal godly fire in YnM. The best way to defeat him would be to knock him off-balance emotionally/mentally to push him into making mistakes.
Maim/Murder/Death: He’d be really difficult to injure or kill. However, if things are going that way, no need to ask permission.
Cooking: Tatsumi is canonically an excellent cook. Watari mistook one of his desserts for store-bought; his co-workers regularly try to bum dinner off of him.

[ETA (7/12/06): Brought Tatsumi's height down a couple of inches. Looking at more pictures, Tatsumi's actually not that much taller than Tsuzuki. He just has a tendency to loom.]
